


Judge Garrison assumed the bench on January 1, 2019, and was named Trial Judge of the Year by the Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists in 2021.
Judge Davis is completing her second term on the bench and serves as a Judicial Advisor to the Civil Jury Project, which works to reform and improve the civil jury process.

Judge Weems has seven years’ experience as a judge and is member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an invitation-only organization working to preserve the right to a civil jury trial.
